Welcome to Framery. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Framery

Framery is an online platform that enables artists to create and publish personal portfolio pages, showcase artwork, and connect with visitors and the public. The platform is operated by Framery (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Framery account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@framery.space if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Services

Framery provides tools to create a public artist profile page, upload and display artworks, and (on paid plans) access additional features described on our pricing page. We may update or modify features at any time, with notice where the change materially affects paid subscribers.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, LLC (“Lemon Squeezy”), who acts as the Merchant of Record. All billing queries, refunds, and invoices are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. 6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all artwork, images, and text (“Content”) you upload to Framery. By uploading Content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and deliver that Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. We will not sell your Content to third parties. You may delete your Content at any time; residual copies in backups are removed within 30 days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent Content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the platform for unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download platform data without written permission.

We reserve the right to remove Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Third-Party Services

Framery integrates with third-party services including Lemon Squeezy (billing), Google (OAuth sign-in), and Cloudflare (security). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the Content posted by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framery’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice for serious violations. Upon termination, your public profile and artworks will be unpublished; you may request a data export within 30 days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
